AFFIDAVIT OF ROSEMARY T. HOGAN 1, Rosemary T. Hogan, being duly sworn, do depose and state the following:
1.
I am ar. Emergencv Preparedness Specialist in the Emergency Freparedness Branch, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
As part of my duties I am responsible for coordinating the review of LILCO's offsite emergency plan by FEMA.
2.
I have reviewed those portions of Rcvision 9 to LILCO's plan which concern evacuation of hospitals within the 10-mile EPZ.
I have also read the affidavits of Diane P. Dreikorn and Edward B. Lieberman which were Attachments 2 and 3 to LILCO's rrotion for summary disposition of the hospital evacuation issue, as well as the part of the motion itself which deals v.ith hospital evacuation.

I have compared the commitments made by LILCO in the affidavits, to provide information on hospital evacuation in Revision 9, with the actual information contained in Revision 9.
4.
I have veri' led that each of the pieces cf information concerning hospital evacuation, which were either described or set forth in the affidavits, are contained in Revision 9 as follows:

-- a. a quantification of the hospital beds ordinarily holding ambulatory patients, wheelchair patients and stretcher patients (Dreikorn f 3).
