In the report, we made one new NRC commitment:
Controls were established to prevent aligning No. 121 CLP for safeguards j
operation per Technical Specification 3.3.D.l.a until a thorough review is performed to qualify it as a safeguards pump.
This event was reported via the Emergency Notification System in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.72, on November 18, 1994.
