Box 678 Clinton, IL 61727 SUBJECT: ROUTINE RADIATION PROTECTION INSPECTION AT THE CLINTON NUCLEAR POWER STATION Dear Mr. Cook: This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. W. Nelson of this office on October 3-7, 1994, of activities at the Clinton Power Station, authorized by NRC Operating License No. NPF-62 and to the discussion of our findings with members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection. Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of activities in progress. No violations of NRC requirements were identified during the course of this inspection. In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the commission's regulations, a copy of this letter and enclosures will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
