RESPONSE TO NRC INSPECTION REPORT 99900387/94-01
Dear Mr. Nau:
We have received your response dated October 24, 1994, to the Notice of Violation forwarded with NRC Inspection Report No. 99900387/94-01.
Based upon our review of your response, a telephone discussion with your director of product assurance on November 3, 1994, and the corrective actions you have identified, we have concluded that your planned actions appear responsive to the concerns expressed in our notice. We will review their implementation in a future NRC inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR Part 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
