Dear Hr. Horey:
This letter is in regard to the Joseph M. Farley, Units I and 2 (Farley),
plant-specific probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) model that you provided to the NRC that has been included in the NRC's " library" of PRA models that are developed using the " Systems Analysis Programs for Hands-on Integrated Reliability Evaluations" code.
This letter is to inform you of our intention of placing the Farley PRA model on the docket and in'the NRC's Public Document Room within 30 days from the date of this letter.
If you claim that your PRA model contains proprietary information, please submit an affidavit as required by 10 CFR 2.790 within the 30 days. We will review your proposed claim and inform you of our acceptance or rejection of your claim.
