Dear Mr. Hardin:
In response to your October 19, 1994 letter requesting an update of the NRC contacts and phone numbers for the 1995 edition of the Director of Personnel Responsible for Radiological Health Programs, we have attached a revision sheet instead of a mark up of the existing page.
Note, several numbers have been marked with an '*' because they are scheduled for conversion from the 504 exchange to the 415 exchange which will begin December 3, 1994.
Due to the limitations of the Bell Atlantic internal systems and procedures for making such changes, not all numbers can be converted at the same time.
NRC expects the conversion from the 504 exchange to be complete in four months.
