Prices shall not include applicable sales'and use taxes, which f
the Contractor must collect separately from the requester.
See Section H - FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES.
g) Facsimile prices shall distinguish local, domestic long distance, and foreign long distance.
The price must include the telephone charge for facstalle service and indicate one price per page -for long distance service anywhere nationwide.
Dif fering prices for various numbers of pages per order will be rejected.
h) The rates are to be based on the turnaround times as discussed
-l under Section C.3.1.
Only one award will be made; therefore, of ferors must submit a proposal on the total-quantity for all items listed to be eligible for award.
The resultant contract shall be a no cost contract to the Government.
The Government shall not be liable for any j
compensation, expense, loss or damage incurred by the Contractor under this contract. The Contractor shall obtain payment from each requester for any services rendered plus applicable sales and i
