ANALYSIS OF THE CANDU 3 REACTOR," DATED OCTOBER 22, 1993 Attached is a distribution copy of the subject Research Information Letter (RIL), which was issued last year.
It has recently come to our attention that this RIL should have been distributed to the Public Document Room (PDR).
