Dear Mr. Collopy:

This is in regards to your letters of January 6 and January 21, 1988 by which you transmitted copies of your Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP). The submissions were made in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR70.32(c).

As stated in your letter of January 6,1988, the FNMCP was issued in its entire-ty to reflect a single document date of January 6,1988 and single document number (identified as Revision 8) per the request of our Mr. R. L. Jackson.

Our review has concluded that no other changes were made to the previously approved FNMCP and that the revisions were made in accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(c).

Taking the foregoing into account, we are hereby revising License Condition 2.1 to Amendment SG-1 to your License No. SNM-368, effective immediately, to read as follows:

2.1 1he licensee shall follow Chapters 1.0 through 8.0 of its Ft.ndamental Nuclear Material Control Plan (FNMCP), Revision 8, dated January 6, 1988 and as may be further revised pursuant to the provisions of either 10 CFR 70.34 or 70.32(c).

We wish to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for your response to our request to unify the date and revision number of your entire FNMCP.

We have determined that the enclosures to your letters dated January 6 and January 21, 1988, contain information of the type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly,pursuanttoSection2.790'd)(1),suchinformationis deemed to be comercial or financial within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be withheld from public disclosure unless subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
