Enclosed is the final report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency 1
(FEMA) discussing their evaluation of the offsite. activities conducted in conjunction with the November 20, 1996, Vogtle Electric Generating Plant plume exposure pathway exercise. No deficiencies were identified; however, two Areas Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) were identified. We encourage you to work with the State of South Carolina and local governmental agencies to j
correct the ARCAs on or before the next biennial exercise.
