FEMA FINAL EXERCISE REPORT FOR THE DECEMBER 11, 1996, FARLEY NUCLEAR POWER PLANT EXERCISE
Dear Mr. Morey:
Enclosed is the final report from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) discussing their evaluation of the offsite activities conducted in conjunction with the December 11, 1996. Farley Nuclear Plant plume exposure pathway exercise. No deficiencies were identified; however, one Area Requiring Corrective Action (ARCA) was-identified and two ARCAs identified in the previous exercise remain unresolved. We encourage you to work with the State of Alabama and local governmental agencies to correct the ARCAs on or before the next biennial exercise.
