Our review of the changes submitted for Chapter 1, 2, 3 and 6 has found them'to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 70.32(c). Accordingly, the changes submitted for these Chapters are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.

of 10 CFR 70.34. Accordingly, we have transmitted your submitted changes to Chapter 9.0 to the Office of Nuclear Materials Safety and Safeguards for their review and approval. To preclude a violation of regulatory requirements you must not implement the submitted Chapter 9.0 changes and revert to the commit-ment in your previously approvea FNMC plan. The reasons for submitting the changes to Chapter 9.0 to NMSS, Headquarters for review and approval are delineated in the enclosure to this letter.
