Purpose:

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the additional actions the licensee plans to take to reduce the frequency of procedural violations and improve the quality and timeliness of the corrective action programs at the Millstone Station. Weaknesses in this area of the licensee's performance have been a concern to the NRC, and the licensee has initiated a coordinated effort to address the issues. Deficient performance in the area has continued, however, as demonstrated by the violations of NRC requirements cited in NRC Combined Inspection 50-24E/94-18; 50-336/94-17; 50-423/94-16.
