On January 28, 1988, the District submitted Revision 4 of the updated Inservice Testing (IST) Program Plan for the next 10 year IST interval for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. Due to a printing error, the information on Page 28 of the IST Program Plan for Pump and Valves was repeated on Page 29.
