Under Section F.1, Report, Documentation and Other Deliverable End Iteas, Subsection F.1.4, Final Report / Microfiche Copies, is revised tO incorporate the following schedule:

The Contractor shall submit one copy of a draft report on data processing to the NRC Project Officer on or before April 29, 1988.

The Contractor shall complete the geophysical line drawings on or before August 31, 1988.
d.
The Contractor shall submit one copy of a draft final report for the effort under this contract, to the NRC Project Officer on or before October 31, 1988.

The Contractor shall submit a Final Report in thirteen copies to the NRC Project Officer and one copy to the NRC Contracting Officer on or before, but no later than, December 30, 1988."
The remainder of Section F.1.4 in the basic contract regarding submittal of one master microfiche copy of the Final Report remains unchanged."
2.
The Contractor shall continue to submit monthly business letters in accordance with Section F.1.1, and quarterly reports in accordance with Section F.1.2 of the basic contract, during the extended period of perfonnance.
3.
Section F.3, Duration of Contract period is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The contract shall become effective on October 1,1985 and shall continue to completion which shall occur no later than December 30, 1988."
All other terms and conditions of this contract remain the same.
