Enclosed is a letter from Advanced Nuclear Fuels Corporation dated December 28, 1987 requesting an amendment to export license XSNM02161 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export to the Biblis A and B and Unterweser Nuclear Power Reactors in EURATOM.
Before we can act on this request, a letter of assurance is required that the material will be subject to all of the tenns and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letter will be appreciated.
