Gentlemen:
As a result of a notice of ri_olation (Reference 1) PSC committed to an indepth review of design accuments (Reference 2) to ensure set point information is current on approximately 2400 drawings.
PSC had i
originally planned to have this project completed by January 31, I
l 1988. The backfit process of updating hard copy design documents has l
been slower than originally envisioned.
Extensive resources dedicated to plant restart following the circulator failure and fire have impacted the review of the design documents.
Documentation change notices have been approved to encompass all needed changes, but drafting work is not complete.
PSC will have all drawing changes complete by October 31, 1988, thus closing out this issue.
