ORDER PROHIBITING INVOLVEMENT IN NRC-LICENSED ACTIVITIES (EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY)
This is to inform the Commission that an Order Prohibiting Involvement in NRC-Licensed Activities (Effective Immediately) was issued on June 26, 1997 to 4
i-Mr. Lonnie R. Wilson. The action was based on an investigation which concluded that Mr. Wilson deliberately violated 10 CFR 50.5 (Deliberate

Misconduct) by submitting false information on his security questionnaire.
Mr. Wilson falsified his background questionnaires by not stating that he
. failed a fitness-for duty drug test and that he had been denied access to the Turkey Point Nuclear Power Station in July 1991. This falsification was done in order to gain unescorted access to the D.C. Cook and James A. Fitzpatrick 4
Nuclear Power Plants. The Order removes Mr. Wilson from engaging in NRC-licensed activities for a period of five years.
In addition, for the i
following five years. Mr. Wilson shall provide notice to NRC for each acceptance of employment involving NRC-licensed activities or his becoming 4-involved in NRC-licensed activities.
In the first notification. Mr. Wilson shall include a statement of his commitment to compliance with NRC regulatory requirements.
It should be noted that the Individual has not been specifically informed of the enforcement action.
The schedule of issuance and notification is:
