This modification is issued to add incremental funding in the amount of $25,000.00. As a result of this action, the total amount obligated by the Nuclear Regulatory Comission is increased by $25,000.00, from $6,000.00 to $31,000.00.
Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified as follows:
Section B, Supplies or Services and Prices / Costs. Section B.2. Consideration and Obli ation, paragraph b, the first sentence is deleted and the following is substituted S
Elieu thereof:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $31,000.00."
