3-o pace 2 June 4, 1986 Catholic Medical Center I am. writing to you to see if your facility could receive and provide temporary shelter for five, ten, fifteen or twenty Class II patients and/or accept transfers of two to ten Class III patients if the Exeter Hospital was ordered to carry cut an ' emergency evacuation. Class II patients are those who need some care such as on-going monitoring or medications. Class III patients are those who require special medical care, up to and including life support.

These patients will be transported by special means and formally transferred from the Exeter Hospital's ICU to the receiving facility. It is expected that Exeter Hospital personnel will remain with these patients and be responsible for their care during the evacuation pericd. All that is needed is temporary shelter and food service.

I would appreciate a reply as soon as possible. If you have any questions or need more information before respond-ing, please let me knew, yours truly, 0%
