- Emergency Recense l>lan (FNRIERP) per se, it does address the adecuacy of personnel resources for the State of New Harroshire and the New Harroshire EPZ comunities.

Also, it addresses several technical review comments of the RAC on the New l f ees' tire state ard local plans. The coments generally concerned the capability to mat NtREG-0654, Criterion A.A.

The Sumary dezls with all 17 comunities within the New Harroshire cortion of the Seabrook Station EPZ. The State of New Hamoshire agencies considered i in the sumary ivclud? those that have been assigned responsibilities in the l 4REPP for assisting local comunities with irrelementirq emergency retconse )

The Summary is based t. con the dynamic orocess to systematically assess the resources reovired and available to irrolement the olans. It is the result, wherever cossible, of an active dialogue with the town officials so that the State, the Utility, and the local comunities may assist each other in l achieving the most efficieni. utilization of persennel resourect needed to irrolement the IEP.
