received by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, for the export of enriched uranium, in the form of uranium hexafluoride and uranium dioxide, to Japan for I
use as reload fuel in Shimane 1.
Assurances from Japan are required that the material will be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation.
