Marinel Transoortation, Inc. of Chelmsford, Massachusetts recognizes the critical role of major transoortation vehicles in the event of either natural or technological emergencies such as flooding, fires, accidents at industrial i
facilities, incluoing the Vermont Yankee and Seabrook Nuclear Power Plants, anc'other emergencies. For this reason, Marinel Transportation, Inc. agrees to assist the State emergency response effort, in particular the New Hampshire l
Civil Defense Agency, by croviding transportation as detailed under the terms of this agreement or as requested by the New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency, and for such compensation as is deemed fair and equitable by procer authority.
The number of buses available for transoortation purposes during an emergency is approximately 35 garaged in Milford, New Hampshire 22 garaged in Merrimack, New Hampshire.
The passenger capacity of each bus is 65 students and/or 44 adults.
The number of drivers available for buses and vans during an emergency response is t.E'.
In the event of an emergency and in coordination with the State, Marinel Trrnsportation, Inc. will make all ef forts to deoloy its vehicles as requested by The New Hampshire Civil Defense Agency.
