Modification No. 04 to Task Order No.14, " Develop the SECY Tracking and Reporting System (5fARS), under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203" The purpose of this modifica.t on is to extend the period of performance from June 30, 1997 through January 31, 1998, and to increase the task order ceiling by $55,296.38 from $295,722.08 to $351,018.46. Accordingly, the following change is made.
The second paragraph of the definitization letter is deleted entirely and replaced with the following:
" Task Order No.14 shall be in effect from June 24, 1996, through January 31, 1998, with a total cost ceiling of $351,018.46. The amount of $337,517.75 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs, and the amount of - - -
$13,500.71 represents the fixed fee."
