Modification No. 23 to Task Order No. 01 Under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from June 30, 1997 through January 31, 1998 and (2) to increase the ceiling by
$19,063.58 from $1,290,292.63 to $1,309,356.21. Accordingly, the following i
changes are hereby made.
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 01 shall be in effect from August 03, 1992 through January 31, 1998 with a total cost ceiling of $1,309,356.21. The amount of
$1,258,996.35 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$50,359.86 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 23 to Task Order No. 01 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator. You should retain the third copy for your records.
