Unit 1) February 8,1988 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER The Board, exercising its authority under 10 C.F.R. 5 2.718, herein orders the following:

1. No further motions or requests for extensions of time, except those specifically authorized to date, will be received by the Board after the close of business on February 19, 1988.

2. The parties shall confer and submit to the Board prior to the close of business on February 24, 1988 a proposed schedule for hearing all remaining issues, including complying with any prehearing requirements on discovery and the submission of testimony. Decisions on matters pending before the Board will be announced in time for the parties to conclude the scheduling responsibilities indicated herein.

3. The Board expects to approve a schedule promptly after receipt of the parties' recomendations and intends to consider all remaining issues without ir.terruptions in the schedule.
