MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR AND THE NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION Enclosed are two copies of the subject Memorandum of Understanding as agreed to by our respective agencies.
William J. Dircks, the Executive Director for Operations, signed both copies on July 29, 1982. As stated in the MOU, the agreement becomes effective on the date that it is signed by both parties.
