BRANCH LETTER OF AGREbCNT The Jan-Car Leasino Corocration of Nashua recognizes the critical role of major trhn3portation venicles in tne event of eitner natural or technological emergencies such as flooding, fires, accidents at industrial facilities, including the Vermont Yankee and Seacrook Nuclear Power Plants, and other emergencies. For this reason, Jan-Car Leasing Corporation agrees to assist tne State Emergency response effort, in particular the New Hampsnire Civil Defense Agency, oy providing transportation as detailed under the terms of tnis agreement or as requested by tne New Hampsnire Civil Defense Agency, and for sucn compensation as is deemed f air and equitable by proper autnority.
