remote or inconsequential financial interest) in which you or any members of your immediate household hold financial interests which fall within the purview of NRC regulatory responsibilities.

include but are not limited to business entities in which you own stock or bonds or are an officer, director, trustee, partner, or cmployee or to which you provide consulting services.

included are business entities with which you are negotiating for employment or have any arrangement concerning future employment.
