- Based on available information. it appears that there are excess funds remaining under this' contract. Therefore. the-purpose of this modification is to decrease the amount obligated by the Commission, as follows:

Section B.3. Considerations and Obligation - Time and Materials Contract, paragraph (d) is decreased by $6.790.20 from $12.256.00 to $5.465.80.

Therefore, paragraph (d) is deleted and the following substituted in lieu thereof:

"(d)

The amount obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $5.465.80."
