The' Government hereby exercises Option Year One to extend the t'erm of the contract for one additional year. through October 31. 1998, in accordance with Subsections F.6 - DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE II (MAR 1987) and I.4'- 52.217-9 OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM 0F THE CONTRACT (MAR 1989).

Work during' this period shall be performed as specified under subsection C.1 -

STATEMENT OF WORK of this contract and in accordance with Subsection B.5 -

SCHEDULE OF COSTS. OPTION YEAR ONE. CLIN 003.

As ; result'of the above action. the ceiling amount of this contract is hereby j

iacreased by $457.984.00 from $1.428,522.00 to $1.886.506.00.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION--COST PLUS FIXED FEE (JUN 1988) ALTERNATE I (JUN 1991) is.hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost 1

for performance of the work under this contract and the actual i

cost for performance of that work.

(c) lhe amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $1.428,522.00.

(d)

It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover the performance of services provided under this contract through 4-December 31, 1997."

Subsection F.6_- DURATION OF CONTRACT PERIOD (MAR 1987) ALTERNATE 2 (MAR 1987)' is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:

"This contract.shall coninence on 11/01/94 and will expire on 10/31/98.

.The term of this contract may be extended at the option of the Gover.nment for an additional 12-month period."
