However,.pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements.

-deobligating excess funds in the amount of $25,052.27.

Please have an appropriate official sign all three (3) copies and return'two (2) copies to the address below within ten (10) days from date of this letter.
