PROPOSED DIRECT FINAL RULEMAKING: CHANGES TO PARAGRAPH (h) OF 10 CFR 50.55a, " CODES AND STANDARDS" During the 443rd meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, July 9-11, 1997, the Committee considered the subject rulemaking.
The Committee plans to review the changes, if any, to this rule resulting from the resolution of public comments.
