Pursuant to the telephone conversation of February 5, 1988 between you and James T. Conway of my staff I would like to request a response to the following items:
Identify all the nuclear facilities for which Engineers and Fabricators Company (EFC) fabricated and/or installed E-Brite 26-1 material (e.g.,
tubing, sheet,etc.). Describe the item / activity and the date.
Describe the process (i.e., welding, rolling) used by EFC in 1981 for the installation of the E-Brite 26-1 alloy tube bundles into the tube sheets for the two shutdown cooling heat exchangers at Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No. 2 (ANO-2), including where the work was perfonned.
Did you do any followup work on the heat exchangers at ANO-27 If so, describe the activity and date.
