SAGGloTES ceom ewnto, Letter of Agreement The Flatley Comany, owner of the Omne Mall, recognizes the critical need to stage transportation resources in the event of an evacuation of the pcpulation in tic Seacoast area due to various hazardous, natural or technological imidents, such as f.loods, hurricanes, irdustrial accidents, f tre, nuclear power station accidents at Seabrook Station, or any other su:h facility, or other emergencies. For this reason, The Flatley Corrpany agrees, and commits to assist the state emergency response ef fort coordinated through tN New Hampshire Office of Errergency Managerrent, by making available the use of parking areas and access roads associated with the Omne Hall as a bus and emergercy vehicle stagirg area, to the exclusion of all non-emergemy vehicles to the extent such exlusion is necessary.-

It is understood that such t/sige will be under the direction of the New Hamshire Of fice of Emergemy Management.or its designated reoresentative at such time as circunstances warrant the mobilization of transportation resources to prudently prepare for the movement of the transportation-deperdent pcpulation in the Seacoast area and that the precedures for establishing a staging area are as set for'.? in Volume 4 of the.
New Hampshire Radiolcgical Emergency Responso Plan. Reannable notice will be provided to Omne Mall management by New Harrpshire Office of Emergercy Management of the need to activate the stagirg area and all such activities will be coordinated with Omne Mall management prior to implementation. Any costs associated will be cenpensated as is deemed fair and eqJitable by proper authority (statute),
