I am following up on an article I read in the June 4 edition of The Telegraph (local newspaper out of Dixon, IL). In this article it stated that Comed (specifically the nuclear power plant in Byron, IL) had failed to meet 25 of 42 utility performance standards in 1996. The article also mentioned that Comed set some regulations to fix those errors In regards to this, I am requesting that you send me a copy of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission reports for the year 1996 If there are any pmblems with this, please write or call me at the address stated above i
