Please find enclosed eleven (11) copies of the title page for Revision 2 of the TranStor Shipping Cask System SAR. They were inadvertently omitted from the nine (9) copies of the SAR sent to you on July 2,1997 (Ref. 3) and the two (2) additional copies sent on July 10,1997 (Ref. 4).
In addition to the above, eleven (11) copies of the first two pages of Chapter 5 are also enclosed.
Some of the copies of those pages were illegible due to copying malfunctions. Most of these

pages were corrected, bui additional copies of these pages are enclosed in case you received some of the incorrect ones.
