Gentlemen:
i On September 3,1987, we verbally notified your Mr. H. S. Phillips of a deficiency involving MCC starter coils which may not pick up at minimum bus voltage.
This is an interim report of a potentially reportable item under the l
provisionsof10CFR50.55(e). Our latest report submitted was logged TXX-6788, dated October 5, 1987.
We are continuing our evaluation of this issue and will submit our next report l
by April 1, 1988.
