MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Ruling on Intervenors' Motion for Imediate Conference Call to Discuss Postponement of February 10 Filing Date on Sumary Disposition Motion)
The Board received Intervenors' motion on February 4, 1988 requesting an imediate conference call to discuss extending February 10th date for responding to pending sumnmary dispositic.n motions. The basis for the request, which is opposed by Applicant, is an alleged necessity for reviewing the potential impact that a Licensing Board decision (LBP-88-2), issued February 2, has on matters pending before the Board, including pending sumary disposition motions. The Board denies Intervenors' motion as no adequate reason has been submitted in support of an extension of time.
Intervencrs demonstrate in their motion that some evaluation of the impact of LBP-88-2 on the pending sumary disposition motions has already been made, and accordingly, no 8802100o17 000205 PDR ADOCK 05000322 Y[
