The purpose of the meeting is to discuss important problams encountered in the review of W Topical Report WCAP-10271, Supplement 2, Revision 1, "Evaluation of Surveillance Frequencies and Out of Service Times.-for the Engineered Safety Features Actuation System" with respect to 1) average risk vs. conoitional risk calculations, 2) support state descriptions, and 3) extrapolability of Millstone-3 results to other plants.
