The unit was removed from cervice due to a thru turbine high preccure heat exchanger sten:

,' 01/20/38 leak in the chell cide. Invectigations indicates the leakage to te a c=all pin hole poposity in the weld repairc made early in December 1987. The unit was re-turned to service after repairo were cade.

88-02 01/21/88 F 1.0 A%H 1 - - - - - - - - - - - --- -------- Power vac reduced to invectigate a pos-cible deteriorate reactor recire pump seal ,

The outer ceal van leaking water around the pump chaft but vac not stearing.

Chould the pu=p seal deteriorate further, the pump will have to be recoved from cervice and icolated.

88-03 01/22/88 F 193.0 A&H 1 - - - - ----- --- Power was reduced to remove #1 reactor thru recire pump from cervice. The pump ceal 01/31/88 has deteriorated to the extent that the unidentified leak rate required the pumps removal from cervice. The plant sill be operated with a one Icop operation until repairc can be made.
