COMANCHE PEAK STEAM ELECTRIC STATION DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 CLASS 1E SEPARATION VIOLATIONS SDAR:
CP-87-13 (FINAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On January 11, 1988, we notified you of a reportable deficiency under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e) concerning Class 1E separation violations. This report documented separation violations resulting from non-safety related cable tray covers removed and/or modified after final acceptance by CPSES Quality Control.
Replacement of cable tray covers will be completed as part of the Post Construction Hardware Validation Program (PCHVP) using Field Verification Method CPE-SWEC-FVM-EE/ME/IC/CS-088, "Electrical Separation."
The completion of this issue will be accomplished commensurate with the completion of the PCHVP.
Records will be available for your inspector's review at that time.
