and No. 21-16793-02 and to the discussion of our findings with you at the conclusion of the inspection.

The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under

your licenses as they relate to_ radiation safety and to compli-
[
ance with the Commission's rules and regulations, with the condi-tions of your licenses, and the terms of an order dated July 13, i
1978 suspending'both licenses. The inspection was conducted at your request to verify that all licensed material previously pos-i sessed by you under these licenses had been disposed of in an
. authorized manner and that there was no residual contamination of your facilities which would preclude their release for unrestricted use and termination of your licenses. The inspection consisted of l
an examination of records, observat:.ons, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the courbe of this inspection.
We have received a Certificate of Disposition of Materials (Form NRC-314) dated October 10, 1978, and signed by Mr. A. A. Nitzsche.
This form requests that Licenses No. 21-16793-01G and No. 21-16793-02 be terminated.
Based on the results of this special inspection, we i
have no objection to this request. We have advised NRC Headquarters f
of the above.
