!' proposes to amend Operating License NPF-49 by incorporating the attached proposed 4 revision into the Millstone Unit No. 3 Technical Specifications 4.6.1.1, 3/4.6.1.2 and <

j 3/4.6.1.3 and Bases Sections 3/4.6.1.1,3/4.6.1.2 and 3/4.6.1.3. I i

! Description of Proposed Revision Technical Specifications 4.6.1.1, 3/4.6.1.2 and 3/4.6.1.3 require the testing of the containment to verify leakage limits at a specified test pressure. The proposed  :

changes will modify the list of valves that can be opened in modes 1 through 4, add a 1

, footnote on procedure controls, remove a footnote on Type A testing and reword the Technical Specifications and Bases to provide clarity and consistency.
