Inspection of PYA International This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. J. B. Baird of this office on October 11, 1978 cf activities authorized by NRC License No. 04-17827-Ol E and to the discussicn of our. findings held by Mr. Baird with Messrs. B. Chan and W. lig at the cinclusion of the inspection.

The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, inter-views with personnel and observations by the inspector.

During this inspection, it was'found that one of your activities appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements. The item and reference to the pertinent requirement is listed in the enclosure to this letter. This

item has been categorized into a level as described in our correspondence to all NRC licensees dated December 31, 1974.

This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201 of the flRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. As noted in the enclosure to thi.e letter, corrective action has been taken by you.

Pursuant to the action.1 ready taken by you regarding the item of noncompliance, no response to this letter is required.
