We have sent all petitioners copies of the Final Supplement to the Final Environ-mental Statement (NUREG 0470). We regret, howeve.r, that we do not have enough copies of the original Final Environmental Statement issued in 1974 to give each petitioner a personal copy.
We wish to point out, however, that the FES, and the Final Supplement, as well as the Applicant's Environmental Report and Preliminary Safety Analysis Report, have been available for quite some time in the local public document room established by the Cormiission at the Sealy Public Library, Atchison Street, P.O.
