We request issuance of a USNRC Certificate of Compliance for Radioactive Materials Package for Technical Oparations Model 850 Type B Package. We are enclosing eight copies of the package description of the Model 850 for your review. In accordance wi* h 10CFR170.31, Item 11.E, we are also. enclosing a check for $200 for the applica-tion fee.
We plan to apply to the U.S. Department of Transportation for an International Atomic Energy Agency Certificate of Competent Authority for Type B(U) packaging under the 19{3 Revised Edition of IAEA Safety Series No. 6.
We ask that this package be reviewed for conformance to these requirements also.
We trust that this application satisfies your requirements for issuance of this certificate. If we can provide any additional information, please. contact us.
