1) Thera are munarous. instances, of tornados in tha Houaton-Galveston area. If tha. Allens Creek plant. was. operating, and a tornado touched.

If due to thunderstorma' or a hurricana the Brazos floods and riaes up to the reactor building, water could seap in and bar. contaminated by radio-activity.. The water could then seap into. the, water table. ano, contaminate ny food and water aupply.. My> water supply could be especially threatened, sinca most waten in my area of town comes from wells.

The- Licensing Board should make aura the reactor building can with-stand floods over a period of time withoug seepaga, or if not., cancel the projact.
