Nuclear Regulatory Comission ACTION: Final rule-i SUPEARY: This rule (a) changes the telephone number for the Comission's Inspection and Enforcement Regional Office I listed in Parts 20, 21, and 73 of the Comission's regulations and. (b) amends the Comission's regulation " Domestic Licensing of Source Material" to exempt the general licensee under 6 40.25 from the requirements 'of the Comission's regulation--

" Notices, Instructions, and Reports to *dorkers; Inspections".

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Effective October 2,1978, the comercial telephone number for the Comission's Inspection and Enforcement Regional Office I, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, was changed to 215-337-5000.

This number will be in effect at all times. The amendments set forth below change the telephone number for Region I as set forth in Parts 20, 21 and i

73. The amendment of Part 40 set forth below amends 5 40.25(e) to exempt the general licensee under 140.25 from the requirements of 10 CFR Part 19.

Because these amendments relate solely to corrections-and minor.

matters, the Commission' has found that good cause exists for omitting notice of proposed rule making, and public' procedure thereon, as. unnecessary-and for making the amendments effective upon publication in the FEDERAL ~

REGISTER.

Paragraph 40.25(e) of 10 CFR Part'40 is ' amended by deleting the l

words "is exempt from the requirements of ~ Parts 20 and 21" and substituting therefor "is exempt from the requirements of Parts 19. 20, and 21".

Appendix A of 10 CFR Part 73 is amended by changing the telephone
