Dear Mr. Armontrout:
We have reviewed your letter of January 4, 1988, which describes changes within the Babcock & Wilcox nuclear organization.
In light of the commitments that the B&W Fuel Company will operate in compliance with the QA Topical Report (BAW 10096A, Rev. 4) and that Nuclear Power Division QA will monitor and overview to assure such compliance, we find the organization changes acceptable.
Please issue the organization changes described in your letter of January 4, 1988, together with this acceptance letter, to all holders of the QA Topical Report.
